my girlfriend and I tried to have sex for the first time ever today, and it didn't go as well as I had hoped. The foreplay went fine and everything was great, but the actual intercourse part was really ackward. When I would put the condom on it seemed like I couldn't keep an erection for the first few times, and my penis kept slipping out of her vagina. Finding a position that worked was really ackward. With her on top, we finally got things going,a nd it went well for a few minutes, but it eventually slipped out, and the whole time it rarely feltl ike anything was happening down there. Is any of this normal, and do any of you have any advice that might help? Thanks so much.
Sex for the First time, help
It's called practice.
yeah from what i hear it takes alot of practice. you will eventually get it right, dont worry!
42.7% of all statistics are made up on the spot.
Life's not all bad. Look into somebody's eye...
You have to remember too, that for your entire sex life previously you've been masturbating with a hand. Which is quite a bit rougher than a soft, supple vagina.
Your penis isn't use to the lack of severe pressure provided by your hand. Practice really will make perfect.
One of the better positions for pentration and tightness is "doggy" style. You'll find it much easier to get in, stay in, and you'll get enough tightness to keep you going. She'll like it plenty, too, lol
Welcome to A2A, pastoct. Your experience is perfectly typical for first-time sex. It rarely goes very well. But things get a lot better with practice, as sdp says.
This is probably caused by nervousness. The only cure is to relax more, maby a bit more foreplay. =)

yeah like everyone else has said, dont worry. practice makes perfect....the first couple of time my bf and i tryed haveing sex he would slip out to...and finding a good possition was difficult....as you 2 get used to how eachother move you will be able to move with eachother so you wont slip out nearly as often if at all.
