I've been areader of the community but I've never posted before. Anyhow:
Ever since I went to College and experienced the food there, I haven't had normal bowel movements.
Anymore, I wake up in the middle of the night with extreme stomach aches and have to go to the bathroom. Some mornings I've had to go at least 4 times (meaning I would finish, and go lay down, only to have it start again) before the stomach ache would subside.
Also, I've experienced where I cannot keep food in me. I will eat, and then shortly after, have to go to the bathroom.
It's gotten to the point where it actually burns and is irritating.
I researched on the netabout Irrital Bowel Syndrome also. I'm not exactly sure if I have that or not. It states that those with IBS don't actually feel like they are finished going to the bathroom. Only a few times has the happened.
Also, in the morninfg, if I happen to swallow any saliva in my mouth after waking up, I end up getting a stomach ache and having to go to the bathroom. I've figured eliminating bad breathe by brushing my teeth as soon as I get up, but that doesn't really help either.
None of this started happening until I went to college.
I would be sitting in class andf my stomach would begin to rumble and cause sharp pains in stomach and pelvis near the left side.
I figured I would try Gas-Ex pills as well but they don't exactly work.
I'm not sure what this is. And any info on it would help. Thanks for your time.
