Ok so since around I would say late October/early November I have been constantly tired and like fatigued. Sometimes it occurs during the day other times not till night time. However I used to be able to stay up till 1 am and still manage to function fine and was bascially never tired. Now I started noticing that I was more tired and fatigued etc after I caught a nasty cold which turned into a bacteria infection in late September, it lasted until the end of October, it seemed like it was pretty much gone after the anti biotics in late october. Anyways I stopped drinking caffine, somewhere along that time too. So for a while I blamed my tiredness on that. However I am still always tired, it gets worse twards the end of the night. I am not exactly healthy with my diet (dont eat hardly any fruits/veggies), but I'm working on it. I just recently started taking a multi-vitamin. So I'm just trying to figure out why I'm so tired. I have had a couple yeast infections since my bacterial infection, but other than that I have been fine. Any ideas?EDIT: Forgot to mention I get migraines/severe head aches quite often. And recently have been getting a lot of sore throats...

Constantly tired?

I think you should go to your doctor. Feeling constantly tired after coming out of a viral infection is typical of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - one hypothesis is that the immune system stays switched on after the illness, when it should be turned off. There is a test for it available.

Earlier this year I was constantly tired, we thought I had an allergy of some sort. Turned out though I simply needed glasses, your eyesight can deterierate at around 19-22 years old, and it is so slight that you won't notice the difference. However your eyes and will be constantly trying to focus, and your brain will be working extra hard to understand what your eyes are seeing, and as a result you can suffer severe headaches and tiredness.I recommend you see both a optometrist and an allergist, as it could be either.

Could be SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder)Generally speaking its to do with the fact that since there is less light and its more dark you can become tired and down, its pretty common especially the higher up the planet you are.It could also be ur diet, i think that certain types of food are prone to make you more tired, generally the stuf thats bad for you.Do you excersise? If you frequently excersise you will generally sleep better also.
