I decieed to work out a new way.. that intrests me .. Popped in Blink 182s new CD..and basicly .. just kept moving for a good 20minutes.. ( just finished like 7minutes ago.. ) ..My chest was hurting a bit... I kept going cause i have had them before when i used to be physically active.. ( like at PE and stuff ) ..but what are they? How to overcome them? ..oh and im not gonna be a 'post whore' and tell you what my work out is.. ( i think it worked great ) After got music going.. I just started moving.. I would pertent ( please dont laugh LOL ) i was the drummer..then i would goto guitars ( while jumping up an down ) and then i would be a normal crowd person..( jumping up and down ) and then i would be a boxer for a while..then be in a normal HS brawl..then i would run then jumping jacks.. * not in any really order *... I drenced my undershirt with sweat...down to my belly button..I think i like this one ..I want to steadly increse it.. Like this week.. 20 minutes..next week.. 25 minutes..week after 30..then so on.. till im doing the whole CD..( like almost an hour long .. I think..Ok i did a rough estimate of like 45 minutes )..And im drinking a ton of water ( ATLEAST 1.5 liters ( which equals i have no clue )) and i reduced my calories.. 900 .. ( so from the 2900 to 2000...).. Ok thought i would let anyone know..that is looking for any type of excerise.. Got to shower..C ya
