Around a year and a half ago I posted here asking for advice, because I had a pain in one of my testicles, underneath at the back (epididymis?). I had it for a few days (i only ever felt it for around 30seconds a day, really brief), then I decided to be safe i'd check with a doctor to make sure it wasn't anything serious, but the pain almost stopped entirely.I still get it occasionally, once every couple of months or so, and it still only ever lasts for less than a minute each time. It's not a intense or dull pain, it almost feels like a pin is being pushed against the side. There arent any other symptoms at all, everything else is working fine.Im 17, there isnt any chance of it being and STD, ive checked for lumps regularly and theres nothing unusual. I've got no idea what it could be. Im hoping someone could help tell me what it might be.And before anyone says it, i know im an idiot for not going to a doctor already, i will do if it keeps on.

A pain

Medical advice from most of us here is worth about what you pay for it. Make an appointment and see your doctor.

It wouldn't be an STD, and with no lumps it's probably not anything serious, but you should let a doctor at it some time. Obviously the pain won't coincide with being at the doctor's, but don't worry about that.
