I am 14 and i get 4-6 hrs. on schooldays 10-14 on weekends. Any idea what to do if u r sooo tired all the time but cant get more sleep ( i do a lot of fundraising thigs in my spare time and there is just not enough time to sleep somtimes)i have tried coffe but i dont like the taste and it does not help much anyway i still have to work real hard to stay awake in my boring classes ( and have a c to show for it)

Sorry, you really need to cut down on the fundraising. It's not worth compromising your health and school - they must come first for now.

Let's see here...on average, I catch no more than 5 or 6 hours of Zzzs. I'm pulling an all-nighter tonight just because I procrastinated on my homework assignments.

When I am on placement as part of my course I am only getting about 3-4 hours per night and it is wearing me out. I feel tired and grumpy ALL of the time! Ihave another 10 weeks of this hell then I have 4 weeks break where I shall lie on a beach and sleep for most of the day. Bliss!!

6-8 hours, although I still feel tired. I find that it helps to get a 9-10 hour sleep at least once a week. Unfortunately, occasionally, I tend to have what I'd call an "insomnia attack", where I'll have multiple days or weeks where I can hardly get more than 1-6 hours of sleep a night since I'll have trouble getting to sleep. It really sucks, since I can hardly function in a social situation without sleep (it's hard enough for me to act natural in public when I have enough sleep, social anxiety maybe).

I am in bed at 10 and up at 3 or 3:30 all summer long.
Sundays thats all I do is sleep. -
