Hi,I'm 15-year-old boy, and I have a QEver since I can remember I have been quite slim but recently over the festive season I've Indulged a little too much and I'm seeing it now!Now, my question is, the fastest and quickest possible diet and exercises to drop'em kilo's off!

Proper diet and excercise is always the best way to go. Crash diets are often only temporarily successful and often dangerous. With an aggressive diet (make you get the proper nutrition and calories) and workout plan you'd be suprised how fit you can become in a few months. Don't worry about actual weight too much as its a poor indicator of health and physique. Often times when you start the regimen, you will initially lose weight to fat (hopefully not water weight), then start gaining weight to muscle. There's alot more to be said about the details but its on a billion web sites. I'd start with a diet plan (diet as in your daily intake of foods, not "a diet" like atkins or south beach) and a workout plan that you can stick to.
Also walking 50k a day is amazing but it also has alot to do with how high you get your heartrate during that distance. A fast 50k walk can burn alot more calories then a very slow 50k walk. 50k-60k is a bit much too although not necessarily unhealthy. Just make sure you get your proper nutrition and fluids. I once ran about 50k a day and within a few weeks I was bedridden with severe dehydration and exhaustion. I learned later that it wasn't a healthy distance to run every day and even marathon runners train only about 15-20k a day and do a 50k once or twice a week. Walking is a bit different though.
