Hey I wanted to hear more about your people's breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals :smile:. For me its usually a small pizza for breakfast, sandwitch for lunch, and white rice with some veggies+meat for dinner. You? o_o

Breakfast: A Vitamin tablet, can't eat a proper breakfast coz food + bus doesen't agree with my stomache :sLunch: Sandwiches or Sausage rolls, Macdonalds, depends if im at work (if i am prolly sausage rolls or Macdonalds).Dinner: 3-4 pork chops, couple of waffles.Also a fair bit of snacking during the day, cookies etc at night Washed down by either Tea, milk or Ribena :S

Im on the southbeach diet.. this is what i eat.. it rocks!!Breakfast- Bacon and eggs, Strawberry & blueberry parfait, Bran Flakes or a whole wheat bagel with cream cheeseLunch: ceaser salad, or yogurt and cheese and veggies.. healthy food!Dinner: Chicken, Veggies, a sweet potato maybe, whatever

Hi everyone im new here, and i have a couple questions i would greatly appreciated it if you guys can respond. Well recently became a very picky vegetarion bout a month ago. I did this so i get into the best possible shape. I work out seven days a week, 20 minutes on bike for cardio, and 40 min of weight training. And im wondering is this to much, or is it to little, or what. I havent seen any results, and its only been about a month. So im just wondering is this a good work out, or do i need to try something else??

I used to be on Weight Watchers, but since I acheived my weight goals I haven't been following much. However, I consume insane amounts of water, and eat relatively little meals over the course of the day. And the great thing is, I'm at an all time low for my weight. I weight 121-122 lbs =D. Oh yes, did I mention I eat whatever I want?
