I've noticed a whole bunch of very small white bumps, mostly less than 1 mm, all clustered randomly on my foreskin. There seem to be a few main groups of them, mostly on the underside, and they're all completely hidden when my foreskin isn't stretched out. They actually look somewhat like insect eggs or something, which is kinda alarming. I've done a lot of looking around on the internet, but I don't think I've found anything that matches these.Any ideas on what this might be? I can't express how much I don't want to talk to my parents or a doctor about this, but it's really bugging me. Thanks.

This should answer your question:

Well, it seems you're right. I'd found out some stuff about Fordyce Spots, but nothing that looked like what I had until I did a more thorough search today and found a site that showed a picture of what they looked like on a foreskin. http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/pphb-dgspsp/slm-maa/slides/normvar/pages/hel007.htmlIt still bugs me, but at least now I know for sure what they are. Thanks!

Thanks for the picture. It's actually of sebaceous glands, which as far as I know are different from Fordyce spots - but both are normal.

Actually, that picture is of Fordyce spots. They are also a form of sebaceous glands but they usually occur on the inner forskin as shown in the picture.
