Hi,So I have these very small, white or skin colored bumps up the shaft of my penis. They are about a millimetre big and are a maximum of a millimetre high. When I squeeze them (like you might a pimple or something), a very small amount of white pus-type stuff (the pus seems quite solid yet kind of liquidy in a way) kind of shoots out. There are quite a few of these bumps in random places around my penis on all the sides and they go right up, but not really on my foreskin. At the base of my penis, where it joins my body, there are bigger bumps about 2 or 3 millimetres long, they're kind of similar but a bit different (for example, no pus when squeezed)Does anyone have any ideas about these? Thanks.

I'm a bit confused as to the discharge of the smaller bumps. When you squeeze them, do they have a semi-solid, almost waxy core? (Perhaps surrounded by plasma)
Also, what is your sexual history? -
Yeah sort of semi-solid, waxy pus type stuff comes out.
I've never had sex before in my life, and don't plan to for a few years yet.
When my penis is flaccid, they're not visible really (except for the bigger ones at the base and a few bigger ones one the sides and bottom).
These aren't the sort of things you would see in an STI/STD situation, from what I know and from what I've learnt- they're probably harmless, but I thought I'd check with knowledgeable sorts like you guys.

Hmm, okay no sex...how about oral, or handjobs/mutual masturbation? Guy or girl, just be honest. What it almost sounds like is molluscum contagisum. In all respects; it's kind of like the viral version of a zit. It is totally harmless, and goes away on its own (if left alone; read more)These are very easy to spread via direct contact with either skin, or infected clothing items (IE: a bath towel) it's not directly caused by sexual contact (It's a very popular disease with small children, actually)Now you can do a couple of things:1) leave them be, and they'll go away in a couple months2) Go to the doctor and get a proper diagnoses (highly recommended), he'll probably just tell you to do the next thing, though;3) Get a STERILE needle (18 guage), poke each one at the top and remove the core (This speeds up the healing process) You can also pop them by hand; just wear gloves or wash your hands. However, for that last one, be sure to follow these little safety tips:1) Make sure the area is clean before popping/poking2) Use a medically sterile needle only (if you want)3) Wear gloves, or wash your hands VERY well after popping these little bastards.4) Clean the area afterwards too

In case anyone comments; I was going to suggest these may be PPP, but I don't believe those extend out that far, nor are they poppable.

Absolutely none, whatsoever. Not even mutual masturbation, Nothing. Thanks for your help.

They are called sebaceous glands. Please take a look at the Male Anatomy thread above.
