just keep at it is all I can say!!! Congrats on the clean up act.Did you do anything else before ecstasy?

Unless you have a very addictive personality E must be the hard drug the hardest to get addicted since you almost have to wait 1 month and a half to use again to get the good effects. Props on the sober time but again if you dont wanna stay addicted then dont take it and dont get near people who do it because you gotta bet that when you'll be at ur buddy's house and 3 people are taking E while your watching, you'll sure be tempted.Go talk to your drug guy at the school he'll refer you to people who will help you and you can tell them not to tell your parents
-
What the hell are you talking about? Waiting a month for good effects??
-
do you do E? you should know what im talking about, unless you like having half assed rolls each weekend then wait for serotinin to build back which takes 1 to 2 months to fully refill. Ecstasy releases serotinin which makes you feel good. When you do ecstasy regularly tolerances builds up due to lets say first time you are 100% serotinin fueled, but week after your 20% , you get 80% less good effects.

Currently, I do not do E. I have in the past. Do you have a link to an article where you read this information?

http://www.drugs-forum.co.ukhttp://www.ecstasydata.orghttp://www.erowid.orgsomeone should sticky those links, they are very helpful but minors should register as 18 if you dont wanna get banned (on the forum), and read to rules.Erowid is one of the biggest impartial drug ressource on the nethttp://www.erowid.org/chemicals/mdma/mdma.shtmlQuote:Many users of MDMA report that their enjoyment of MDMA seems to decrease with total lifetime usage. Some users report that E 'loses its magic' with as few as 10 experiences, while others have reported hundreds of uses before the empathic qualities disappear. Explanations for this "loss of magic" effect are the subject of heated debates, but whatever the cause it appears to be the case that most users of MDMA voluntarily stop taking it somewhere between 10 and 50 total uses. This does not appear to be true for all users, however, with many users reporting that they have not experienced any decrease in quality of the experience despite dozens or even hundreds of uses. Most users stop taking E because of either an increased awareness or an actual increase in negative side effects during use, a reduced quality of the high, and increases in the post-MDMA depression and day after hangover.Additionally, most users report that when using more than once a month, they need to increase the dosage in order to get the positive effects of MDMA, which further increases the side effects and hangover effects.

I clicked on all three of those top-level links. Where is the info?
I know of people who were habituated to rolling a lot more than once a month. Same for cocaine.

I was about to write some in my other postKnown negative effects you dont want to deal with at your age is brain damage in the long term (chronic diseases later in life)Depression caused by serotinin leak which means you won't feel happy

Yes, there is evidence that habitual use of Ecstasy can cause long-term problems. That is especially true, as it is for most psychoactive drugs, for folks whose brain is still developing a.k.a. kids). That's why it makes me nervous when young people are heavy marijuana users. It's also the rare kid who can make an informed decision on whether and what drugs to use.

Ecstasy isn't physically adicting. It's your mind telling you, that you want it because you're body thougt it felt good/cool so your mind is remembering that and telling you that you want more. After your first time doing ecstasy you will probably crave it sooo much the next day, but DONT EVER do it the day after especially after your first time. you will already feel like shit.
-
I'm not absolutely certain that it's not physically addicting...it does have a biochemical effect on the brain. Here's some interesting information. I'm not sure that it's completely correct or up-to-date, but it's interesting.

It is physically addicting.Though after a period of extended use.I, however am mentally addticted.I had $thrown my life away to drugs.Picking the absolute worst one to get really involved with.I was actually, dealing e for a short period of time, until my mom found e in my room.Best thing to ever happen to me. Cops almost sent me to jail. But under certain, strict conditions, I was released. Basically house arrest with exception of supervision and school) When your taking it regularily, you never realize how much its affecting you're brain.I have a terrible memory since I started e.Might not sound like much, but i can barely remember the highlights of my day...while it's still happenning. For anyone curious.E isn't really that fun. I used to take even two hits sometime...and not even remember shit about the trip I had the night before. All i remembered was it was awesome. And for any idiots still doing it.NEVER exceed 3 hits. Your fucked then.Im not proud, because I have done that and a few more. And thats when you notice immidiate effects on yourself, the next day.For anyone with a brain.Don't do it. Save yourself before you depend on it to make you smile.

I've had 8 hits at a time before and everyone was asking me later why I was not dead. So yeah, stay away from it.
