What is up with that ? lol
It ALWAYS happens to me!
I also get really bad menstrual cramps, so that may be a cause?
Does anybody know something?
Thanx

More bowel moments during menstrural cycle

The hormones that cause the uterus to contract and push the blood and lining out, also causes the bowels to contract. A lot of women suffer from more BMs and diarrhea during their periods.

Avoid alcohol when that time of the month is coming around the corner, incorporate more Niacin in your diet, moderate your intake of sugar, sodium, and caffeine, and drink more fluid. If the cramps are really really painful... you may want to see a doctor. They'll be able to distinguish if it's either primary or secondary dysmenorrhea.
