Im trying to lose my butt fat, can you guys tell me what I should do to lose it?

You can't lose fat just in your butt... You have to lose overall body fat.

is running for about 10 minutes at night enough to make a difference? also, are pills that make you fill "full" bad for you?

like my mum saysa small bit of everything is good... soo eat a bit of everything... so cut back on sweets and lollies and icecream... eat more veggies and fruit!!! and get rid of the chips... eat them occasionally but not all the time!!! also wat i have been doing is do (say ur 13) do 13 pushups... 13 situps, 13 starjumps and 13 squats!!!

Would walking for about 1- 1 1/2 hours be good?
