Basically my problem is I've had almost no energy in the last 2-3 weeks. I get up go to work for eight hours(not much physical labor done though I walk around most of my day, and from time to time lift some 20lb-ish items) come home and just either sit at the computer half asleep or actually just go to sleep. I generally don't have time for more than a bagel at breakfast, and my lunch is usually chicken( lean but broiled with water and white or brown rice. I usually don't get to dinner because I'm so tired, and if I do it's usually italian food(nothing heavy or too fatty).
I was wondering if my metabolism is just dead, or if it may be something else.(I know it's not emotional as I'm in a really good place mentally atm, would be even better if I had the energy to go to the gym!)
So yeah, a buddy from work recommended you guys so thanks in advance for the help!
