Im really scared

A condom certainly makes a difference. While it doesn't provide complete protection against all STDs, it does provide good protection against many of them, including gonorrhoea and syphilis. (It only gives partial protection against herpes and genital warts.)

u think i have a good chance of being ok..
im like shakin still from findin that out -
Yes, I think you have a good chance of being OK.

since i plan on goign to the doc... what will they do to me.. do u know if it will hurt? and uhh how much it costs
-
Well, as for cost, it can vary. I pay $25 for my visits, but it is on a sliding fee scale.
They will probably give you a pelvic exam. They put in a plastick thing, that spreads you open so that they can see. They should be taking a bit of a scraping off your cervix (pap smear) and looking to see if you have any warts or otherwise. They should also check your ovaries and uterus. They do that by putting two fingers in, and feeling your stomach with the other hand. They should do a breast examination, to make sure you don't have any cancer or cysts.
If you have concerns for STD's they will also draw blood, and propably look at some of your vaginal fluid under a microscope.
Btw, none of it is painful (except maybe the blood draw), but yeah, it IS uncomfortable.
Since you are sexually active, you need to be going in once a year.

they did all that for 25?.. whats the most it will be.
