Very Sensitive

Exposure and contact will reduce the sensitivity. We can't tell you how much or when it ill subside. It's all depends on your activity with your penis.

Retracting to clean ( you need to rub it down with your fingers.. not just run water on it), masturbation

Sensitive to what?Keep in mind that with normal use, sensitivity should not pose a problem. The glans is naturally meant to be exposed only during intercourse, and it's well-adapted to that.

Why would you want to take away the sensitivity of your penis, unless there is some reason you want to be able to run your finger over the knob and feel very little? As the moderator says, every one's willy is different and just because one boy can do something with his willy doesn't mean that evryone needs to. The only reason some can do it who are still uncut along with those who have been cut (and so have no choice except to let it be rubbed)is that they have succeeded in over coming nature or the way we were created and as a result have lost all or part of the sensitivity you're describing.Once that sensitivity is gone, its gone for good, while you, on the other hand, can keep it and, if you feel a little discomfort during sex can just put a little lube on and everything will be right.

When one starts retracting for the first time, the glans is hyper-sensitive to the point that any contact is painful. He needs to lose this hyper-sensitivity through normal contact and use.
