i was talking to my good friend Ineligible about kegels, and how they can stop incontinence and more interestingly give you better control over your ejaculation. I read an ebook once about keeping your dick hard after orgasm, by pulling your dick out right before the point of orgasm, tensing your lower stomach muscles and gripping the base of your dick, then re-inserting it. However this doesnt seem practical if orgasm is so intense that you cant move. (i know this seems like a sex question but bear with me) i read up on Kegels and it suggested doing 200 reps a day. WTF? 200 seems like an awful amount, and with school i dont have much time for that. Today ive done 2 sets of 10 reps, tensing the muscle (i think its the right one) and releasing after 5 seconds. can anyone verify whether or not it helps with sex and suggest a good programme? thanks. -max

Africa, my friend, you 're doing the wrong type of kegels. When you read "200 reps a day" the book meant 200 squeeze and release kegels of 0.5 seconds each (or less, just a quick squeeze).That way you can easily do 200 a day.A book I read recently said to do 300 short kegels a day and 5 long ones (for as long you can hold - 10 seconds max).

200 quickies? The ebook I read said to do as many as you can per day, each one holding for 20 seconds. I can't do more than 10 per day, personally, but the book said to do more and more every couple of days. Eventually, the book said to get up to 200 reps of 20 seconds each every other day. I don't know what the truth is, or even if any of these is true. All the sex-enhancing free ebooks I've ever seen were just trying to sell me something, so I tend to question them heavily.

The short type (0.x seconds) or the long one (20 seconds?) ?...whatever, I 'll just do a mix of 100 shorts and 3-5 long ones. That couldn't hurt, right? And if done for over a month the results could be satisfying. I 'll do that and mark my results.
