after reading all these recent topics on protein poweders, i noticed that theyre a bunch of different ones out there. so which ones the best?

I use muscle milk, it tasts pretty good, and acts as a decent meal replacement. I usually take it after a work out to make up for the horrid school lunches. Not sure if it's the muscle milk, but I seem to recover quicker and I have made far more gains than I would have thought. In about 3 weeks I whent from benching 115 to 140.

i have used myoplex deluxe or whatever its called (53 grams/serving, expensive but very good tasting.), EAS whey an gnc pro performance whey. gnc, when mixed with creatine, gave me excellent results both with strength and size, better than those with nothing or creatine alone. myoplex tasted great but i only had it for a week, expensive as shit but filling. EAS whey was absolute shit, horrible stuff. im suprised they make myoplex as well. anyhoo im gonna try syntha 6 next to see how it tastes and works, but with protein just dont cheap out and you should be fine.
