I'm just wondering, I've been having trouble trying to find on the internet resources on natural [pretty much anything that doesn't involve medication, Dietary, or routine wise] ways to reduce sexual urges. It's obviously, probably not a very popular request. But here is the thing;1) Any attempt i have made to accept sexual urges as natural ends up failing, usually triggered by guilt. I don;t beleive that the guilt is triggered by a failure to comply with societal norms; though it could be, i have a genuine desire to stop. 2) Any attempt to remove sexual urges ends up failing, usually do to a relapse.

Reducing sexual urges

You say you want to reduce your sexual urges however you do not want to do anything diet medication or habit orientated ?
Am i the only one who struggles to see this as feasible?

In the assumption you're an adolescent, these urges will be around, and if you're new to all this, it's easy to feel guilty about feeling them.
The only thing I can tell you about "reducing" them, that conforms with everything you said, is to accept them, and go about your business.
Why do you have to remove your urges? Most everyone (aside from violent criminals) learns to control their urges to keep them from being as strong as they could be. It's not like people simply have them less.

NoAnything except medication'Natural means' includes diet and action oriented.

I doubt that it can be done by any safe means. Sexual urges are very fundamentally important for the continuation of the species, so they are suppressed only under extreme conditions. You should remember that everyone has them - they come with the bodies we have.
