I used to have really bad acne when i was younger which has thankfully gotten a lot better as i got older. I've never really had a skin care regime other than wash with soap and dry i've recently got a sunlamp and that has improved my skin a vast amount, where i have a couple of small spots max so i havnt really thought about cleansers or moisturizers etc. But since the sunlamp dies your skin out, every couple of months, my skin will breakout due to the natural oils and stuff being dried out and stuff i guess, so i want to know what i can use when i notice my skins gone dry!?
I bought clean and clear :advantage yesterday, it's great, but i dont know which moisturizer to use (i'm from the UK) my skins almost cleared up again, but i'm curious to know for the next time, in preperation :p so if any1 knows what to buy/use i'd much appreciate it, and please share your skincare routines :P
Skin care regime!?

my skin was horrable i had to go on aceutain i think is how you spell it.. but there is a moisturizer called cetaphil.. its kinda expensive but its great.
Cetaphil works great, its more of a non drying soap than anything though. It's best to use Cetaphil during showers and then at night before bed, followed by a creme or gel.
My regimen includes
Washing of the face with Cetaphil
1 Pill of Tetracycline in the morning
Administering of a prescription foam to my face back and arms
and then using differin on my face and back, etc.
