i've heard you can't target weight loss, but it i wanted to tone a few places.. especially my butt (bc i have none and i want muscle there) and the little skin flap between my armpit and boobs (which are large thus always making this area pudgy when i wear strapless things)... any exercises i can do to take care of that?
I'm 22, female (obviously), and somtimes have access to a gym.. The place where I live locks the gym at a certain time and some days I'm not able to get there. The equipment is limited too.. In a few months I'm joining the YMCA though, so soon enough I'll have a full gym at my disposal.
you cant lose weight in specific areas or "tone" muscle, but you can lose fat all over. that combined with proper diet and resistance training will go a long ways to give your body the shape its hiding.
