How you you make your transverse abdominis muscle? I'm not sure if that is the right name for the muscle, but it says so in this picture: Any idea on how to make it more visible? Kind like this, but this man is way more buff then I want to be:

Build up your Transverse Abdominis muscle?

Depends what state you're currently in. That dude is jacked and probably has less than 5% body fat.Basically you have to make sure you have a low body fat, and then do a bunch of ab work. I'll try to find the link, but there's a site that shows tons of different ab and midsection workouts.

that guy has low body fat % and works out 4 times a week on a schedule workout. I’d say he was probably 5% body fat too. But I can tell you he’s not lazy. (in your other post you said you were lazy… Just saying it takes work to have a bod like that.) Muscles don’t tone.. They grow . And to make them grow you have to put stress on them (make them work) but if you have fat it will still hide the growth so that’s why you got to have low fat and heavy (more) muscle. You Don’t want to just work abs alone.. You’ll look funny with just muscle abs. and it make you look like you have a belly when your wearing a shirt. Work all your body. Any idea on how to make it more visible? spd & Star answered that in the other post you asked. I saw you got it figured out. lolfor your other question "weight vs reps? What is more important to building muscle?" I do less reps with more weight. p.s. yea i just wanted to make one post...so my "2cents' is in this one post. i;d say the same both and didn;t want to say but once. lol
