Im a 21 year old male in good health typically, i noticed a couple weeks ago i had a small bump inside my ear by the earlobe, and now another one has appeared. what could this be? ingrown hair, pimple? i really dont know and i dont know what steps to take.

Bumps inside ear lobe
-
It sounds like a cyst.
-
my ear doesnt look deranged it looks normal im thinking cyst, how do i eliminate it?
-
If it's a small cyst, they best course of action is to leave it alone.

ok, but instead of the one going away another one formed. they dont hurt and the only way i notice them is if i play around with my ear.

ok ill do that even though the bumps are on the inside of the ear that should still work?
-
A cyst often won't just dry up and go away. It may go away after a long time, or it may seem to go away, but then recur, because the sac is still in place.
-
so final thought go to doctor or leave it alone?

Yeah, don't put so much of it on that it fills your ear or anything... But it does work for these, if not, have your doc or their nurse poke it for you and evacuate it. It is too hard for you to reach, believe me!K
