OMG the weather is so great here right now. So I have been getting out running and exercising alot. I cant wait till tomorow so i get out again.So does anyone get like this too? It just seems addicting the more i do it the more i want do more.

I get enough exercise from work, and hobbies. the only other form of exercise I need is sexercise. -
Adrenaline junkie! Nah, excersie is good, especially when you're already in good shape, or you can feel yourself improving.I personally love the feeling after a work out, that endorphine induced daze.

I had pants alot like them, I think it was around 1986.
I notice the other pics your wearing shorts, Im giving you the benifit of the doubt and assuming the first pic is 1986.
I know its not, but just say it is, those fucking pants are really godawful.
On other fronts, how much fuckng weight are you pressing in the other pic? that looks like a huge fucking stack and the girl (the new bride?) cant be less then an additional 130 lbs or so. -
actually I just was thinking abuot it an I got worse pants in my drawer right now.I have some parachute pants that are baggy in teh ball area, that draw tight at the calf, like a fucking capri pant crossed with some military issue greens with that drawstring, and no pockets and solid black.I only wear them to climb in and they are jagged edge mountain gear...about 85 bucks and I have 3 pair of them.Fucking great for climbing, made actually for climbing, baggy where you catch yuor balls in a harness and tight and high on the calf so you can see yuor feet for proper placement.I suppose I shoudl shut up about ugly pants after I looked in my own drawer.

Mmmmm I dunno really. You could say I'm addicted to jogging though, to me thats my relaxation. I'm still trying to get into the whole weight lifting and such.

At least im not the only one. but i was to excited about it last night. i worked out way to much yesterday, i can like hardly walk today.

im not addicted but i exercise out of sheer boredom and random motivation, along with regularly. i guess when yuo see results it makes it easier to spend time and effort on your body again. whether its pushups, situps, running, or lifting, exercise can always fit my schedule. the only things taking priority would probably be sex and sleep. can you blame me?

oh yeah, i got you completely. im just saying that if you run every day and its tiring and exhausting and the results are not there, it may frustrate that individual, moreso than if someone ran every day and lost weight as they wanted.

This usually comes down to a lack of knowledge rather than lack of motivation. It is very frustrating.

Yeah - definetly!Although - not at first... hated it to begin with - but the more i do it the more enjoyable and addictive it becomes. Especially in your first few weeks of exercising where you can see changes in your body
