hey, I've been a bit paranoid about this lately, I have about 3 lumps so far that have grown on my testes, they are solid, they don't hurt, more appear to be growing . . . Lumps on my testicles that seem to be growing

Welcome to A2A, poplars! Most likely it's nothing serious, but any lump that is growing should be seen by the doctor, so do go as soon as you can.

Hey Poplars,I had that a very long long time ago. It looked like a pimple but was a hard lump. Mine turned out to be an infected sebaceous gland. The doctor said to let it just be and it finely came to the surface and and a bunch of white stuff came out of it and it went away. If it's painful go see the doctor...

lol wow . . . well that's good to know . . . they don't hurt and I've tried popping them but they are like completely solid. if that's the same thing then alright cool.

once i got a very large pimple at the base of my penis and i was super scared. it hurt. but i got brave stuck it with a needle and squeezed. a ball came out along w/ some puss or w.e that stuff is that comes out with normal pimples... wat could it hav been ?

Most (but not all) pimples are sebaceous glands that have gone wrong. Sebaceous glands produce sebum, a sticky greasy whitish stuff that acts as a natural moisturiser for the skin. It's very nutritious for bacteria, and the pore through which the glands excrete it can act as a pathway for bacteria, so they can get infected and pus-filled. Infection can result in zits or boils, depending on the type of bacteria. The pores can also get blocked, resulting in a build-up of sebum, with or without infection. The gland can form a blackhead, full of solidified sebum, or it may keep on producing sebum and swell up to form a large deep pimple, a sebaceous cyst. The ball of stuff that came out was probably solidified sebum. The rest may have been pus, or it may have been liquid sebum.

so should I just wait it out?
-
My feeling is that if the lumps do nothing you can leave them, but if they keep growing you should see a doctor.
-
hah, wow, I popped them. that was crazy. they felt so different that it didn't seem like they could be like that at all . . . well, thanks a billion I'm relieved. (it was pretty much like an ingrown hair that sat for like 6 months :S)

I'm very glad that is resolved!
