OK.. i just posted a lil dealio about my upcoming trip to china.. and besides my shots questions.. i have need for a lil workingout/dieting tips
i need to get in the best shape i can possibly get in before april 18th. im willing to do what it takes.. but i honestly dont know what the best route is.. so far im ilke.. hmm ok eat better, drink water.. work out alot.. but i dont konw if that in and of itself will do the trick.. ims ure there is some sort of answer.. like. how much water? how much should i work out? and what should i be eating.. if i have to eat nothin but salad i will, but i assume i need protein..ya so ANY advice helps.. if someone relaly knows what there talkin about in regards to excersice and diet.. let me know.. id prefer to just have a convo with u about it. thanks so much.. like i said.. ill do whatever it takes so if u know a specific way that will for sure work fast.. let me know
