ive heard that excersize makes you more productive and capable to learn... is this true?

Good for body and mind?
-
I think if you are feeling good and healthy that helps, but I doubt it makes a very large difference.
-
Thats what i was thinking - but im considering adding excersize regularly onto my revision timetable incase it helps
-
It certainly can't be bad for you - even if it doesn't help your revision it will be good for your body.
-
Yeah - gotten out of shape recently, lost my 6-pack and become a bit flabbier so i guess it cant hurt! lol
-
Use it to take a break, if you've been studying for an hour or two, go for a run. It'll clear your head and definately make you feel better.
-
It is definitely a good stress reliever. A little regular exercise will also help your metabolism so you have a bit more energy through out the day and for test taking.

and muscle burns calories faster than fat, so even when you aren't working out, you still get the benefits! as long as you don't overdo it, you will probably improve your life in many ways. if not, at least youll feel good!

If you have a strong heart and your circulatory system is in good shape, then you get better blood circulation to the brain.Your entire body is a system. If you exercise the body and not the brain, then what do you get? If you exercise the brain and not the body, then what do you get?Exercise is a peice of the puzzle. There are many other peices like eating healthy, learning, breathing, a stable environment, etc.Quote:ive heard that excersize makes you more productive and capable to learn... is this true?I have read many research articles on health, brain function, human behaviors, etc... When I consider the things that I have read, I think it's true. When I consider the things I feel, I also think it's true.
