I've had these pimples on my inner-elbow for years now, but it recently started to get very bad. I have no clue what is causing this, but its a combo of a rash/acne. I've included pics as well. Anyone know wtf is causing this? Should I see a doctor? FWIW, I shower every day, I'm a clean person. Arm acne

I have always had that on my upper arms. It was pretty bad through my early teen years but started to ease off when I was about 16. It's not so bad now, but can still flare up occasionally when something irritates my skin. My Dr advised me to exfoliate the area gently every day, then moisturise it after showering... it did help a little, but still hasn't cleared up. Sorry I can't help more, but will be very interested in the answers you get!

It looks like eczema to me.
Quote:
In children and adults, eczema typically occurs on the face, neck, and the insides of the elbows, knees, and ankles
This website has alot of good info: http://www.skincarephysicians.com/eczemanet/whatis.html
My four year old gets eczema every so often and I use Aveeno Soothing Relief Moisture Cream. It works very well. But really, you can use any moisturizer that contains 1% hydrocortisone.
