I'm 5'10 155Lbs. and i want to be 5'10 130 or 125Lbs. can anyone give me a diet plan to become 130lbs? I want to know what i have to eat every day to become 130 or 125lbs,what time i should eat this,and i love to play basketball and i want to know how long i should playball to get me to lose the weight?please help me and give me a diet plan i should follow thanks.

It sounds like your weight is fine right now. At your height 125 or 130lbs sounds a little too thin.

i agree with amanda that sounds like a fine weight for you especially since you are tall... go to a gym and get your body fat analyzed and you will see that you are at a good weight.

I lost 45 pounds in a year. I ate anything and everything I wanted but I worked out really hard in the gym for 2 hours a day 3 times a week. I was 185 lbs, then dropped to 140 lbs. But since I've been lazy I've gained another 15 lbs. Although I looked too skinny at 140 lbs at around 5'11" or 6'. Now I'm 6'1" or 6'2" and I weigh about 155 lbs and I look very healthy.
