Hello everyone, me and my girlfriend had sex about 2 months ago, at the end of February. We used a condom. She then had her period at the start of March. Her period for this month, April, hasn't started yet and she's getting worried that she may be pregnant, I personally think this is impossible due to her having her period a few days after sex in the first place, however I don't want to say in case I am wrong.I think she is just a bit late this month, please tell me I'm right!Basically, the question is. If you have sex, the female then has her period, is it possible for her to be pregnant? Thanks a lot Tom

Question - Sex followed by period - Pregnancy pos?

To the best of my knowledge, if she had her period, she is not pregnant. She is probably just late, if she's stressing over being pregnant she may even be causing her period to be late. Maybe some one else will come along with more information.

Thank you, that's what I thought Anyone else agreeing please reply Anyone not agreeing reply quicker because I am still a bit worried, before this if someone asked me this I would've laughed saying she was definitely not pregnant but she told me she was worried :PTom

Not everyone has symtoms like morning sickness. Had I not planned my second child, I wouldn't have known I was pregnant until she started kicking (I also had unreliable periods) even then, I don't know that I would have thought anything of it...as gas feels alot like the first movements. I also stayed SO thin, that I didn't outgrow my jeans until my 5th month.THOUGH, I was HUGE with my first, sick every day for a month, and she flat out tore it up in there with all the tumbling and kicking! With that said, it is pretty unlikely that the op has anything to worry about. Worry and stress mess with periods...and if you are TRULY worried. Get a pregnancy test, 2 months out it will be pretty darned accurate!
