Up the workload to 500 calories burned per day, over 7 days, there's another 1 lb defecit. With this information, you should be able to figure out what you need to do. The hard part, is in the second, third, fourth (etc) weeks, your body will crave the food. This is where dieters fail due to the inherent weakness for food.So you have dumbbells, a jumprope a punching bag a treadmill aqnd a bosue ball. What exactly do you want, instructions on how to turen on the treadmill? Motivation to use the jumprope? Put on your boxing gloves, hit the fricken bag already. When you get tired, jump friggen rope for cryin out loud, and when you tired of that, turn up the treadmill. Do some crunchews already, with the dumbbells on your chest (that's about all they're good for unless their 40's or something worthwhile)So basically, GET TO WORK.You're welcome. I'd take it from Helmsman...He knows his stuff
