Ok, so I'm now 5 weeks in with my gf.Bear in mind that we've been off school for 2 weeks, and she seemed to be expecting to see me every day.I just got an angry text of my gf. She was asking when we could meet up this weekend, and I told her we could but it wouldn't be for long because I have so much work to do for monday. Her response was 'fine, stay at home, its ok. When you've finished doing your homework, why not go to the cinemas, or tell me your ill and go shopping instead'Let me explain. It was my birthday Sunday, and I promised some mates we'd go to the cinemas, so we went on Tuesday. I got some dodgy nachos, and ended up spewing in the early hours of wednesday, but was fine afterwards, so I went into town with a friend. Now, don't get me wrong here, it would have been nice to take her to the cinemas too, but it would have been awkward for everyone, as it was more a 'buddy' thing. And as for Wednesday, SHE WAS WITH HER EFFING EX 'HANGING OUT'. She did tell me she was meeting him, but it still takes the piz.Anyway, she used to be on Anti-deps, and her parents been giving her a hard time, and i got a text saying i was the only good thing in her life. I want out of this. Now. What is the best way?Cheers,Stan

Help, dilema!

So you want a good way out of this scenario or out of the relationship?
-
out the relationship please!
-
You should do it in person. You can always say something like: "I'm sorry, the person you need isn't me".

The advice given is solid; try to stick to it as much as possible.I think it's easy for all of us to see she is a whiny, power-hungry emotional abuser. She sounds like a bully; she is unable to control her own life, but she can lord over you.10 cents says she'll either talk shit about you behind your back, or to your face, or threaten to commit suicide, regardless of how diplomatic you try to be.Get out ASAP...
