Yea, but once ya get one you realize that being on a bike wasn't so bad.
The insurance alone is murder, when I first started driving I was nailed with $350 a month to insure a 1991 Ford POS. You'll blow between 100-150 a month in gas. Also, depending on the year, you can expect to waste an average of $100/m for repairs (over the course of the year, not 12 repairs at $100)
I know for my first car; I was spending (on average) about $600 a month just to keep it on the road (Granted, more than HALF of that was insurance) I had it for ONE AND A HALF YEARS, and it cost me $9000 to insure, repair, gas, and generally maintain.
Keep the bike, enjoy public transit, lol. -
Driving behind a tractor going a whopping speed of 15 mph is HELL... Not to mention all the cars behind it waiting to pass, and you don't have a prayer of getting around him because you're the 18th car back....
-
Methinks you just summarized my whole drive from Florida to Alaska.
-
Hahaha, in that case, that trip probably took you a month... It would have been faster to walk.

Close, about 3 weeks At one point, my husband got out of the car and ran up to one of the tractors and waved, ran back to the car and got in. Luckily we were only the 2nd car, and moving a grand total of 8.5 mph.
