I know so many people that go on diets and lose 5-10 pounds and then get it back within a month and i don't want to be like them. i'm not fat, but i want to be thinner.i want to know exercises that i will need to do to get the little bit of fat off my abs/stomach and make my butt more toned..i hate having a squishy butt lol.i want to start out fresh with a new exercise plan and everything next week. my problem is that some days ill exercise all the time and other days ill do absolutlely nothing..some days ill eat crap and others ill eat healthy.i end up staying at the same body weight/shape because of this and i want it to change.i'm sure someone on this message board has had this problem and gotten rid of it so now i need help..How do i eat?What exercises can i do?

Hey DREAD, excuse my laziness, but I believe the following threads will help. Check out my posts as I've answered similar questions to those that you have. Maybe exercise Monday, Thursday, and Saturday or something to begin with, with different exercises on each of these days. Draw up this schedule in MS Excel or something, or simply write it up on a calendar and put it somewhere where you can see it. Check off each of the exercises as you do them on each day. Another good way to keep motivated is to do it with a friend, plan it with a friend, and don't let each other down. The key is, if you want to burn fat, get your heart rate up.
