I'll get right to the point, I am 16 years old, am 5"11 and weigh 215 lbs. I know your thinking "ah fat!' But thats the part that is kinda confusing for me, I can go over to my friends and play for literally hours on end and not get tired any faster than them, infact I usually last longer than most of them and their in way better shape them me. I do weight lifting and I contribute that partially to the reason I always feel in shape but I dont think I lift enough to be that good in shape, as I have a medium or so sized belly you could say and a little extra padding overall. Anways, I was just wondering if theres something wrong with me or not because it doesnt make sense that I way that much but don't ever feel tired or winded or anything out of the norm! Maybe im just big boned? Sry if this whole post really doesnt make sense!

Weigh alot but don't feel fat/ don't get tired

You can be in great shape, and have fat at the same time.

You can be healthy and be a little overweight, but dont let it turn unhealthy, because health problems are sure to come with it. Your endurance has to do with CV, and its a common misconception that overweight people dont have it, this is a stereotype simply because some overweight people get it from being lazy, therefore not having a larger CV.

The greatest MMA fighter in the heavyweight division at the moment is Fedor Emilianenko. Looking at his body, he looks like an out of shape athlete, but he has more endurance, more skill, and more power than anyone else in his weight class. We cannot determine a person's fitness level by their body type!

I haven't heard anyone talk about ATP in years! It's somewhat refreshing to hear someone mention it. I know, I'm weird.

I don't think Ricco can beat Fedor. Am I hearing you right? Ricco is good but Fedor is World Class.
