This summer i was planning on giving a bunch of my time to a steady work out routine.However im not going to have as much time as I thought due to me taking a job as a summer camp counselor which is going to take up quite a bit of time.Are there any good work outs that dont take up much time but still help keep you in shape?I'd also really like to know of some good diets, as I plan on packing my own lunch instead of eating out while i'm working for summer.Thanks everyone much appreciated!
