i hate my neck, its really long and my giant adams apple doesnt help. i know i cant make it shorter so i might as well make it thicker so i look less like a pez dispenser...what would a2a suggest? i know shoulder muscles but anything else?

Id speak directly with Helms on this subject.I do know though that a few years back I tore out my entire shoulder and neck at work.During the following months of physical therapy there was alot of stretching on ym neck and when it was more than stretching it was a harness thing that fit over my head and had a hook down near my chest to add weight. There were several exercises I had to endure with that bastard on. It was always really low weight, just enough to get some resistance and build the damaged area back up to full strength.I do knwo however that in various body building mags and sites Iv seen that harness for sale to do more complex shit at home with.They normally hook into a machine so you can add weight and jsut replace the handle with the head strap for exercises. Im not certain I ever saw one that used free weights.

Never had sen a free weight one before, and they still look pretty damned close to the ones I had in therapy that hooked to a machine.
