ok so lately i been with a new girl and i just dont seem to get nearly as hard as i used to and dont last as long as before....i was pretty much un sexually active for about 5 months and now im with her and she is the best ive ever had..i am a bit over weight and do smoke more than before a nd am alot less physically active due to a change in jobs but what i was wondering is is this something to worry about or not i mean ill still randomly get hard as ever and sometimes in the morning but when it comes time to doin it i jsut dont seem to get as big as before and i pre cum more than before i know that how long it last has somthing to do with how much you do it and right now its only like 15-20 mins ....she says shes more than satisfied but i know i could please her so much more if i was the way i was just a year ago.. do you think this could be a dietary / exercise problem as well as a stress problem 4 me worrying bout it alot or just a medical prob oh yea im 22

Dude,I don't think it's a medical problem. It sounds like you have changed a little and your lifestyle and habits have changed as well. They all can affect your "hardness" of your erection Dude, Find out what you think is missing. Perhaps you are missing the passion. Try different things or different positions to help spice it up. i dont think its the passion because weve been togethor for 7 months and i really think i wana spend the rest of my life with er i love her so much so i dont think thats it and she seems totally satisfied i jus miss the way i was before

Welcome to A2A, theblackgc. It's possible that putting on weight and smoking more have something to do with not getting as hard, but I suspect the biggest contributor is worry.Lasting 15-20 minutes is doing much better than most guys.

thanks for all the welcomes guys 15-20 mins may not bad but its no where near wat i was before a hour used to be average but not gettin as hard is more the issue...any excercises i can do 2 possibly help and yea the worry has somthin to do with it im sure too
