Something I joined recently and it's honestly the toughest activity to date I've attempted. I absolutely love it, but it's incredibly challenging. Just wondering if anyone else would like to share their experience with it (also just called "hot yoga") or whatever other types of yoga they're tried.Bikram yoga, for those who don't know, consists of 26 hatha yoga postures done in a heated room with elevated humidity.

I like it, it's not my favorite though. Actually, as soon as I get done with what I'm working on right now I might open up my own yoga studio. I should have enough money by that, combined with my husbands salary to build our own house how we're planning. I think... I first sort of...stumbled onto to it when we had no heat in our house back in TA rotfl, and I though "Wow, this is a lot harder" so I googled it, and low and behold there is this whole type that utilizes the heat. I try to do it once a week, but I don't always have the time, between that, the only kinds of yoga I do, work, my fella, and Raspberry.
