So hmm where to start on question1How many push ups/ crunches(I think is what they're called)should I do in a day to get decently quick build? I mean I don't want to look super buff or anything, just I guess it'd be called toning, I'm already a giant I don't need to get buff, I just want people too see my muscles basically, maybe get a little more buff but not allot.2How would I get abs (without running) that I can do without exercise machines, or will I have to run.3 how do I get rid of back fat?4 when I do crunches/sit ups or whatever the name is for them, sometimes the next day my stomach hurts and if I sneeze it hurts pretty bad, is this a normal effect of this exercise, should I continue doing the crunches even though my gut hurts or should I take a day or two off.5does taking a day or two off from exercising (or in my case missing because busy doing Morris Dancing) have a huge impact on how fast I tone up or whatever?6How important is it I get a sufficient amount of Vitamin C?
