On June 1rst I am going to be looking for a new...job? I guess, my contract with the Israeli government will be over, and I dunno, I'm thinking about starting my own business. I know that starting a small business is very rocky and likely for failure, and with a kid on the way, I doubly realize this. But, I don't feel like working for a university, resigning a contract with my government or doing idle research. I want to do something new! I was thinking of building and starting a small gym and yoga studio up here in Alaska, or actually maybe some place else. I don't... think I want my kid growing up here (the place is a little redneck and antisemitic for my liking), so I'm kind of wide open to do anything come June and if anyone has started there own business, or knows a really beautiful area to start a home, let me know! We're thinking about Colorado, or New Mexico. Maybe Canada. Like I said, everything is suddenly wide open for us. Well, sort of June 1rst, thats when I have to go back to TA for a couple of days and sort some stuff out contract and release wise, but as soon as I get back, Idling twiddling my thumbs won't work. So, How terribly horrible hard is it to start a new small business, and if you could live anywhere in America, Canada, or Israel, where would it be?

You could come to Ireland! There are lots of oppertunities out here should you want to set up a canine psychiatric unit or something...

Ill tell you this....Stay the fuck out of Utah!Utah is great to visit and take in the air up high in the mountains and the red rocks and all, its the people that fucking suck, and the winter. Stay out of this shit hole.I do however LOVE Yuma Arizona, a short 5 mile drive puts you into Mexico, its alwasy warm, about 3 hours from San Diego, surrounded by desert and some nice climbing...Im also fond of Washington, and Oregon. Rainy wet and cold winters suck as well, but it stays around 60 at the low point of winter in the Pugent Sound. You can ride a bike there nearly all year.I dont suppose you have a motor cycle do ya Java?

I don't, but my husband has a dirt bike and an '88 Indian I think, the major problem I'm going to have is getting all our shit out of TA and to where ever we go for now. I *know* he's not selling it, and I don't feel like paying to have it shipped, so Blah.
 How did I *know* you were going to have nothing nice to say about Utah lmao,
I was actually looking at Yuma, I want some place small enough that I can ride my bike around instead of driving, but a place big enough to have a Target (hehe).
Right now it's down to Arizona, Colorado, and the Pugent sound area. I dunno, I might go back to school to get another degree, haven't decided yet, let alone what I'd be going in for.
