When I pull back and tighten my foreskin there are a cluster of little reddish bumps around the ridge. They are each the size of a dot and while they're aren't painful or anything they are kind of unpleasant looking. Anyone know what these bumps are/How I could get rid of them? Thanks in advance.

Little bumps on my foreskin

if there in rows all the way around, it sounds like PPP, pearly penile papules, and u cant get rid of them...

But can papules be found on the foreskin? I thought it was just the head of the penis where you get penile papules. Also, these dots don't look much like papules (from the pictures I've seen). They seem to be much smaller and don't stick out like papules. It's like very slightly raised skin.

They can be Fordyce spots.. There are pictures in the Male Anatomy thread, but they are cream colored. You say they are red. Perhaps a mild case of yeast infection?

I agree with sdp - they sound like Fordyce spots. Perfectly normal, common, and harmless. Unfortunately, I don't think you can do anything about them.

Yeah, they are fordyce spots. Thanks a lot, appreciate the help. I'd like to ask without having to make another topic, are there any OTC steroid creams I can buy to help with pulling back the foreskin? Or would I need to make a doctor's appointment and get a prescription?

You need to get a doctors prescription.
