Over my summer holidays at the beginning over the year, I was abit of a bum and didn't really do anything. Combined with xmas and newyears food, I gained 4gks.I recently started a new job which is verry active and I'm on my feet for between 5 and 10 hours, four times a week. I also started uni this year which involves alot of walking and exploring of the city in my breaks....with an uber heavy bag.I lost 2kg quickly without really noticing which kinda motivated me to clean up my eating habbits abit more. I've lost another kg in just 2 or 3 days. One of my concerned friends says that that's too quick and it's bad for you but I'm having trouble finding anything on this online.I'm not overweight for my hight at all, I'm pretty tall and very hourglassish.I donno, is that abit quick too loose weight or is it ok?P.s: Hi people, sorry for neglecting you but I'm uber busy

How much weight loss is too much?
-
It is unhealthy to lose weight too quickly, its even unattractive if you don't give your skin time to retract - ever seen those big baggy bits of skin hanging off peoples arms?In your case I wouldn't worry. ~5kg is nothing, if you start to lose 20, 30 or 40 kilograms of weight quickly then I'd worry. Honestly though, your weight will change from day to day regardless. I wouldn't be suprised if you gained another kilo tommorow, then lost 2 the next day. That doesn't mean you haven't lost weight, but depending what time of day you weigh can affect the results.

CheersYea, I wasn't worried myself really but my friend keeps saying I don't need to loose weight...and I won't be loosing 20 or 30kgs anytime soon...or ever.loland I do drink alot of water Thanks again.

P.s. I've lost the 4kgs and now I feel like an extra 2 would b nice to loose....aparently I'm obsessive.lol

Ok I have another question.I'm still loosing weight steadily so, is there a point where I will just stop and stay at the same constant weight, and if that happens, dose that mean I'm just ment to be that weight....I donno, I'm just wondering when it will stop.........P.s. Oficially lighter then I was when I was 16. lol

lol, yea. I don't think the mirror would be a good guide for me tho, I have a tendency to think I'm abit big no matter what I weigh. I also have a tendency of obsessive goal seting. Like my last goal was to loose 4 kgs, now my goal is to loose 6...And I'm keeping track on the boob thing, I tend to gain weight on my thighs and boobs so thats where I guess I'll loose it, tho I've only noticed it off my thighs and ass and belly so far. I don't think I can handle change bra size again, every time I went shopping and had to get the next size up I used to go home and cry....so my boobs will stay the same damn size if they know whats good for them!If I need to start eating more to not loose weight I'm worried that I'll eat too much and gain weight back...
-
OH NO!!Quote: if your boobs begin to look like tube socks filled with sand, it may be time to eat up a bitThat is EXACTLY what mine will look like if I hit my target weight! (or pant size).Thank goodness for good bras and surgery But is there anything else that would get the boobs up where they go after loosing weight?
-
A friend and I used to have a joke about that...Really though, if I were to drop all the weight I want, my boobs will go from a DD down to a B...that is a LOT of skin to hold up with just firm pecs!*imagine nipples at the end of the sock WITHOUT sand in it....ROTF! ewe!
-
ROTFLMAO! I have one that points down a bit more, and one that sticks straight out front...Headlights...the one is for seeing where I am going, and the other is to see where I am stepping...
-
dying That is great...even if you spelled my email wrong...The blow is a nice touch!!I don't think my man would like me cutting off his hands though..lol
-
I figured...I LOVE the idea...I really didn't think of the latex mold kits! Brilliant! I would DEFINITELY wear it too!

Ok I think I'll try and stop it now.I've lost 5kgs. I look good. People have comented. I feel better about myself. blah blahBut I have started to feel abit physically run down, I'm not mentally tired but my bodys just not wanting to do what I tell it to. So, time to stop I think. I did wanna loose 2 more kgs but, this will do. Aslong as I don't gain weight back I'm ok.Thanks for the advice :)I'm trying not to be obsessive about this.
