Im going on basically what is my first holiday on my own and my first holiday abroad outside Ireland, heading to Playa de Ingles in Gran Canaria in July... Im 18 so this is late enough like for finally getting a holiday with the lads... Anyway i was just wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on what to bring im staying in an apartment not a hotel so like should i bring extra towels etc.. and also like what do you wear, i dont mean fashion tips, but if your going clubbing would it be to hot for jeans and stuff, should i bring 3/4 lengths for the beach etc... any help would be appreciated because sadly im lacking in this basic knowledge... holidays in ireland usually just require raincoats
There are only two options regarding commitment. You're either IN or you're OUT. There's no such thing as life in-between.
There's no fixed rule for what a holiday apartment will supply and what they expect you to bring. Usually they will say in their literature or on their website - if they don't, you can certainly ask them without feeling a fool. Some cheap places will expect you to bring your own sheets and towels, while others (especially dearer ones) will supply these. Cutlery and crockery and pots are usually supplied, but in a cheap place there may not be much.
