hi i recently turned 21, i'd say i'm slightly above average height. I am looking to grow taller and have heard about certain stretching excercises or specific types of exercise (swimming cycling etc) can help produce growth hormones in the body, need to know if it's true and if anyone knows of a programme to follow, would be much appreciated. Or even certain types of food, my brother ate a lot of cereals and bananas during pubity and absolutely shot up in height.
i understand at my age im probably fully grown but i have two younger brothers one whose much taller (19) and one who's just about caught up (15) it just seems odd as i'm the most athletic and healthy living of the 3 of us
