Hi, my back has been really hurting for the past week and a hlaf or so, it all started when i was in the pool with my friends, we were playing chicken (a pool game where a person gets on 2 peaples back and try to push the other person off) After that my back started to hurt. It didnt hurt for maybe 3-4 days, then 1 day playing flashlight tag it started to hurt again. When im relaxed and not exeriting much energy, its fine maybe a little tiny pain, but when i go out and play, baseball practice, or anything that takes energy it really starts to hurt, im only 12 years old, What should i do? i know its bad to hurn your back at a young age, so what should i do to make it better? ty
