What kind of shampoo do you use? I have the same problem, well, I used to, mostly because of stress. Anyway, try changing your shampoo and relaxing a little, taking about 30min-1hr every day to just be calm and relax and let all the problems and stress go away, if only for that short period of time. Also, when you're washing your hair, trying to massage it in more instead of crazy rubbing it in, and same with rinsing. Try to get a shampoo and conditioner that wash out clean, and only wash your hair once a day, every day. You should start to notice it falling out lets, I swear when this has happening to me I had hair EVERYWHERE all over the back of my clothes, on the blanket I curl up on the couch with, when I'd get out the shower I'd remove loose hair (already disconnected from my head) and So much more then average would come out it wasn't even funny, or in the shower when I was washing my hands would have so much hair. I hope I helped

what do you generally do to your hair on a regular basis? do you keep your hair in braids, or tight pony tails? do you use chemicals on you're hair like color, bleach, relaxer, or perm? you should also see if your hair is actualy falling out, or if it's just breaking. do you usualy see those little white balls at the end of the hair? those are the roots, and it means the hair fell out. eating more protean is beneficial to your hair and nails, but not so much so that it would keep you're hair from falling out or breaking off if its as bad as you say it is. if your hair is breaking because it is lacking protean or moisture you should go to a salon and get a deep condition, its not that expensive. everyones hair falls out in a cycle. your hair grows to a certain length and stays that way for a few years and then falls out and new hair grows in its place. hair all over your body is always falling out every day. as for the hair on your head it is normal to loose a few hundred strands of hair a day. stress speeds up this process, but i don't think it would normally make you loose so much hair that it would be noticeably thinner on your head. first of all are you loosing hair evenly, or do you have patches on you're head where it is noticeably thinner than the rest? umm anyway if you're doctor dosnt have any info for you i suggest you ask you're hair dresser. they are trained in diseases and disorders of the scalp and they know how to diagnose things like that. (although their not supposed to diagnose it, they will tell you if you need to see a doctor, or how to fix it if it's something simple)... just go to a real beautician, not super cuts their like the mc.donalds of hair. they would probably tell you to put something hazardous on your hair and then charge you a bunch of money for it. also if you're really under enough stress that you're hair is falling out that much you should talk to someone who can help with what ever it is.
