Hey everyone, glad to be back at ata & hope to stay around more often. One thing that im troubled with now is that there are little spots on my penis mostly near the bottom of the shaft. Theyre pretty tiny but if you squeeze one of them a sort of hard puss comes out. Do I get rid of the rest orrrr leave well enough alone? Thanks.

Hey again(and a small question :P)

It's very good to see you back.
They sound like sebaceous glands. These are normal - they are in all skin, but they are often visible on genitals because the skin in thinner there. They look like tiny bumps, perhaps whitish. They get bigger at puberty so they are often first noticed then.
Their purpose is to screte a white greasy stuff called sebum, which is the skin's natural moisturiser. That's probably what you're seeing. They can get infected if you try to do things to them, they are natural, so you should leave them alone.
