So lately, i've been trying to gain weight; i'd like to get some weight since i do consider myself too thin, and others do as well. I know that i have to eat protein and lots of varied healthy things and exercise as well, but i am sparse of equipment other than weights. so can anyone tell me or give me advice on how i should organize and/or go about gaining some weight :] It's not really weight that much, it's like getting some extra muscle, but eating is also part of it, so yeah. Amount of portions and such would be great info :] thanks so much!

Try going to burger king+mcdonalds, hopefully that works for you... there isnt really that much 'bad' fat in whoppers and the protein in the meat is high, just lift weights and eat those should get you to gain weight
