Circumcision removes most sensitive parts
-
I'm circumcised and I have no complaints,it's also cleaner, but what customs aren't bashed in the news today?
-
Cut guys aren't unnecessarily cleaner than those uncut. It's all about good hygiene habits. My man is uncut and always cleans himself down there.
-
The link is just a study, not a commentary about hygiene.
-
Yup.According to a NOCIRC-funded study by Sorrells, the five most sensitive areas of the penis are on the foreskin.
-
My boyfriend is cut and he's still pretty sensitive.

Remember. News makes its job by people argueing. Thats pretty much how I percieve this.
-
I've had it both cut and uncut and this it not true.
-
For uncircumcised penises, the areas most receptive to pressure were five regions normally removed during circumcision So this is not true?
-
This seems very familiar. I seem to remember a debate a long time ago on matters such as this.

Yes, it's one of the perennials.

Funny, I read that this information on wikipedia this morning and came into this section of the forum to ask about it. Ya see, I am circumcised next week! Nervousness is starting build up and I felt like throwing up while reading that stuff today lol. Gunna make an appointment with my doctar to ask him too.I always thought it was the head that was sensitive and that the foreskin (especially a phimosis contricted one like mine) was simply in the way of this. And even if I do miss out on some sensitivity does it really matter? The Vast majority of Americans seem to still enjoy sex.
-
There are receptors in both the forskin AND the glans. The study is just confiming that circumcision removes SOME of the sensitivity. If you are having problems with phimosis that stretching can't solve then you are better off getting circumcised.
-
Funny...since I decided to get circed at an older age after experiencing sex many times...3 years later I still feel very sensitive indeed...bullocks! Those are anti-circ comments and opinions. I guess they are doing this to couonter-attack the circ to fight AIDS propaganda stuff! I guess it's the foreskin wars!
-
I don't think anyone is saying that circumcision eliminates sensitivity. However, if there is sensitivity in the forskin, removing it, eliminates that part of the equation.

Quote:I always thought it was the head that was sensitive and that the foreskin (especially a phimosis contricted one like mine) was simply in the way of this. The glans (head) in uncut guys generally is the most sensitive. That sensitivity in the head will go down significantly after you get circumcised. Doesn't mean it won't still be sensitive, just much less sensitive than it is now. Most uncut guys report the head is sensitive to touch anytime the foreskin is retracted, flaccid or erect. I'm circumcised, and my glans has virtually no sensation or sensitivity to touch when flaccid, and only a little bit when erect, until I get close to orgasm, then it becomes VERY sensitive to touch. But with an uncut penis, the head is very sensitive to touch nearly all the time, and just gets more sensitive when erect. Hope this makes sense. Also, you may not have noticed this yet, but another very sensitive and pleasurable part of the penis is the frenulum. The frenulum is part of the foreskin, and circumcision removed at least part of the frenulum, and sometimes all of it. I was fortunate to have a small part of my frenulum left that wasn't cut off during my circumcision, and it is by far the most pleasurable and sensitive part of my penis, better than the head. I can't imagine how great it would feel if I had a fully intact frenulum.

BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the BIGGEST LOAD of BS ever
i got cut about 2 months ago!
before i got cut i lasted usually at least 15 min!!
now like 2 min im ready to cum ;/ shit im like
500% more sensitive now -
Wasn't it so that you couldn't retract your foreskin? If you couldn't properly stimulate the cockhead then no wonder that now that it can be stimulated, you're getting off much easier.
-
If you have an improper functioning forskin/penis or other physical issues with your penis, then your opinion is skewed and probably hold as much weight.
